General Information:

Judging: Please remember that the judge’s decisions are final and different judges will judge things in different ways. It is unacceptable to interfere with the judge and any questions are to be taken to and Executive Member or Judge Liaison, they will try get you an explanation or a time to talk to the judge if needed.
Entries: A reminder to everyone to pre-register for the show, late registration may incur a $10 penalty. Please try to get your class additions and deletions to the Show Secretary ahead of time.
Patterns: All Patterns will be posted the morning of the show. The Executive will do it’s best to acquire and post 11&Under patters before the show date.
Show Numbers: The cost for 2 laminated copies per number will be $3.00.
Parking: Please be aware of the limited parking.
Show Grounds: Please help keep the grounds clean. Do not throw anything on the ground. Remember that you are parking in a fairgrounds. There are garbage cans available, even better, take your garbage home with you.

Children: We want to remind you to PLEASE KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON YOUR CHILDREN. If you bring guests to the show, please teach them some horse sense before they come. We would hate for anyone to get hurt.
